about the standard for DUI and its enforcement.

If NO amount of alcohol is acceptable for driving (which, personally, is what I believe) we need to change messaging around drinking in public. No drinking without a driver or Uber/Lyft/Cab.

This idea of being able to drink up to a legal limit (which really doesn't exist as you can be charged with impairment at any level) is something that can lull people into thinking "a couple of beers" shouldn't get them into trouble.

Fuck Alex Jones, who is a loathsome creature who needs to be ignored, please don't say I'm defending him, I am not.

What I am saying is that social drinking in this country and the messaging around it is not helpful to safety or people's understanding of what is legally acceptable.
