Some don't. But, a fascinating discussion going here without name calling. This is what makes DU great. I will bookmark this and agree with OP. 2 quick reasons why I think it is already in place.

1. We are already seeing much more of VP exposure in last 2 weeks that we have seen in 3 years. To make Mikey look Presidential I feel. Hell my 2 year old Dalmatian male would look Presidential next to Drump and He cannot stop bouncing off the walls right now.

2. I agree that he will go into exile,to non-extradition country to avoid state charges. Hear me out on this, please, as I have not read a comment yet on how. I believe he will schedule a "summit" before resignation to a certain country. He will fly there for this summit and AirForce1 will come back empty. Donald avoided all media scrutiny "post resignation" and what would military people who handle AF1 duties do? They would not have choice but to bring our country's property back. The media, for sure, will already be controlled in whichever country he goes to.

And as a bonus thought, I would not be one of the "advisors" to the Pres on this trip. From recent history and facts, they all think Donald loves them! When AF1 lands with those idiots on board, the TP shortage right now will pale in comparison to the popcorn shortage of that moment. If it happens,,thanks for listening.
