...the first qualification is a genuine affection for people, then there must be a determined leadership quality to help those people and direct and encourage others to help. Crisis leaders don’t give a shit about the perception of critics, they care about getting the job done, helping those in need just as much when there are no cameras as if there are many.
A conservative, a Trump, a neo-con has only the concern is on how they can personally benefit from a situation.
Yes I am speaking in general terms as there are always exceptions, but it applies to the last two conservative presidents and their congressmen of the same party.
