Mine came out of my sinuses. That's why I don't think this superbug was/is COVID 19. Coronavirus usually doesn't present with sinusitis, if I read the symptoms correctly.

Early Jan my sinuses went berserk, drainage like crazy and a persistent dry cough for 3-4 weeks.
