They can only hope to win by Gerrymandering, making it tough to vote in Democratic leaning Precincts, and by “Citizens United” allowing the likes of the Koch’s to spend Billions.

They are comfortably the minority party. They depend on the above and by desolate States like Wyoming having 2 Senators just like California and New York.....which have Cities with more people than some of these States.

On a level playing field they have no shot so they had to rig the game.
