They comment on news threads with conspiracy theories and bullshit regarding the coming vaccine and its use to control and track the masses.

They are crazy. No amount of evidence will sway their thinking.

Sure a few of them might change their tune, but from the few anti-vaxxers I know, their beliefs are steadfast.

I used to run a trading card game league and we got all kinds of people including anti-vaxxers coming to play and I got a chance to talk to them and see what was up with their views. Smart people, except they firmly believed that vaccinations were used to control and mark people (and spread autism).
