With depression but refuses to take meds for it went into a spiral this morning. The last straw was his truck not starting, after spending a bunch of money on it.

To keep myself from spiraling down with him I normally go for a drive, get together with a friend, go shopping, get a massage...but all those except maybe a drive are out and I am not frivolously driving anymore either.

I am finding my patience for dealing with his issues is waning because I am trying to keep myself afloat.

I forced us to go for dog walk to a part of neighborhood with a view that helped.

I just hope he’s up for the concert in the morning. Andrea Bocelli is doing a Easter concert in Milan Italy alone in a cathedral at 10am PT on YouTube for free, we saw him years ago, his tickets are $300 for the cheap seats. This is a blessing!
