Those Wisconsin legislators, pull the strings of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and it's Wisconsin voters who elected those legislators...let's assign blame in the proper order, voters, legislators, state Supreme Court...

The only entity here with a viable excuse is the State Supreme Court...voters and legislators own this, completely...
