15. +1, my understanding is the less the test the less the deaths but they can't hide the hospitalized

... so I wonder what they're calling the hospitalized that die of CV.

The reason why the death rate in NY is so high is because of the lack of testing, the lower test numbers means higher death rates when people die in hospitals.
