If you must leave your home, practice social distancing, wear a mask, practice frequent handwashing, and advise others to do the same.

Donate some of your stimulus money to various candidates. Learn about how you can help your local Democratic Party from home.

You could also use social media to try to persuade people to vote for Democrats, or at least not vote for Republicans.

This country is not yet in an open civil war, but if it makes you feel better, you could begin to prepare yourself for one.
