For instance, I just called my local hardware store, which is open, and
I'm going over to pick up some lawn and leaf bags, certainly showing a
pretty broad interpretation of "necessary" products.

I'm sure if I wanted paint they'd sell it to me.

I'll be doing a garden this year, have just ordered seeds so I don't have
to pick up seedlings at a garden center - something I've been meaning
to do for years anyway.

cops aren't checking on what anybody is out and about doing - they
have better things to do.
