Given the current horrible circumstances Joe has been coming out with some good and well timed campaign stuff so far. I think he sort of has to be a bit cautious since 'attacks' against Trump must be done right or they could backfire.

It's early yet and sadly Americans tend to have rather short term memories. They're also very 'distracted' by a frightening life and death situation going on all around possibly even with loved ones and at home right now. I'm sure Joe will ramp things up as we close in on the election.
