This photo is from early April. He looks a step away from congestive heart failure, bloated as well as overweight. He apparently had some kind of a cardiac intervention recently, described in one of the unsubstantiated rumors as 'an emergency stent implantation'. If that's true, he likely had a heart attack, or was on the verge of one, and then did not regain consciousness after the procedure.
