People would be much healthier if they gave it up. And as a bonus they would save a lot of workers' lives.

beans , mushrooms beyond meat , impossible burgers etc . And this is not meant to be permanent

Once people stop eating meat, they rarely (no pun) go back to previous meat consumption levels
