Between the bedbugs and the virus, anyone who can afford to stay at his properties isn't going to suddenly start flocking to them just because he has "opened up" the economy. His cult can't afford to stay at them, and most other people aren't stupid enough to beleive that the threat has disappeared just because Trump says so.
