I'm seeing a lot of people out there for whom running seems like a new thing. Good for them, I say. Everybody who can SHOULD run - best pound-for-pound cardio you can do on a consistent basis for almost nothing.

That said, all the newbies out there are realizing that it's not so easy as all that. A guy who doubles over coughing is probably just hitting a new limit. Still wise to avoid droplets, of course, but somebody coughing that much from COVID would probably not be making it well enough to even be mistaken for a runner.
