what I find even more disgusting is men's habit of holding one nostril closed and blowing their nose snot out on the trail while they run. In fact, I read an editorial by some sports writer who writes for our large city newspaper in response someone who complained about this disgusting habit in men that he doesn't see anything wrong with it because it's no worse than a woman accidentally having a dirty Kleenex fall out of her pocket onto the trail. WTF?
