We could and should do as she suggested AFTER the much needed relief is available to keep people afloat until then.

I don't see how avoiding that is important. Both the current plan and her ideas are not incompatible and don't seem to be a reason to say no to it. At the end of the day, she could mobilize to get on that problem and present some findings and workable goals concerning unemployment and paychecks. Equivocating right now is not helpful.

When people are literally drowning by the millions, building boats is not the priority.
