Because if justice is going to be one of the cornerstones of his campaign he has plenty to work with.
We all know Trump is in power ONLY because the Republican Party has kept him there. That’s it. In a nut shell.
Biden and the Democrats need to make political ads that promise/threaten to go after EVERYONE who has illegally allowed, enabled, profited from or backed the Trump administration’s systematic destruction of the rule of law and our Constitutional laws. Dozens of lawbreakers have supported him to the detriment of the American people. If the Biden campaign does this Republicans will run away from Trump faster than rats jumping ship. They can’t be allowed to break laws and not be held accountable for it. And retiring will not help you.
The overarching theme should be if you break the law, be assured, there will be investigations and justice will be meted out.
I also believe that this should actually be the plan.
