Criminal behavior needs to be investigated and acted on by the DOJ. New leadership should look at existing evidence collected by Mueller, and further DOJ investigation into the financial misconduct involving the Russians should be expanded. These are avenues that were specifically excluded by Rosenstein.

I also hope that the Patriots who were purged from the DOJ are re-enstated. Trump fired the core counter-intelligence players. We need their historical perspective.

These actions, in themselves, will cause Republican heads to explode, but carrying out the investigations within the framework of an independent DOJ is the only responsible way to restore credibility to the US government.
