He's already as mad as a box of frogs and nobody has done a damn thing, and they aren't going to. Mike Pants would have to get the ball rolling, but all he ever does is bobble his head during press conferences while gazing at His Lardship with big googly adoring eyes, which is quite a trick when he's simultaneously kissing that vast orange ass. Nuke Iran? They wouldn't do squat if he nuked Canada. Or California.
