these people get arrested and the police are forced to also comply with the law. It doesn’t even have to be anything as drastic as involving murder, but certainly endangering lives.

Now if someone spits on food or other people that would require stricter laws.

If they were arrested that shitty behavior would cease, even by the macho gun toting assholes screaming spittle about their rights.
