some who've threatened and meant it, others who've actually done it. I agree entirely that it's not limited to racial incidents and not all about racism. Anyone who triggered her enmity might have found him or herself in very serious trouble.

And tragically many do every year. Especially boyfriends and husbands, but also (ex-)friends, coworkers, etc.

HR professionals have and share lots of stories about employees with various types of personality disorders, but cluster Bs especially:

Irrelevant if she's diagnosable: I doubt she'll ever again be employed by any business run by professionals.
