65. They're just a few bad apples...

...but a few bad apples spoils the barrel.

It's funny how so many people leave that out.

The good apples are not throwing the bad apples out. That's why there's a problem. When it comes to an institution that has that much power and that much responsibility, you have to throw the bad apples out the moment you see them. You don't push them to the bottom of the barrel and look at the shiny ripe apples instead. You still have rotten apples on the bottom and they're spreading that rot to the rest of the barrel.
