Using explosives to destroy then rob an ATM is not a protest, it is theft and a violent crime.

an armed group breaking into a gun shop is not an act of protest either.

by attempting to get rioters and looters considered to be protestors, you are doing the right's work for them and undermining those peacefully protesting to try and bring about change.
