6. What is it with these people?

He obviously thinks it's "funny" and I guess it is in an adolescent way. But he's an adult. Why do these adults get stuck in their adolescence like this? Are they adopting their values from media stereotypes like Al Bundy? (As you can tell by my dated reference, I've given up watching any television programs a long time ago when it all became the same as ... well, Al Bundy!)
