that the cops knew that? Also, after the guy was shot, they stood on him instead of immediately calling for medical attention.

All cops at the scene of the killing should be fired and the cops that walked out should also be fired and replaced by people that 1) want to work in Atlanta and 2) have respect for the people that they are policing and don't shoot people and stand on them like trophy kills.
