...to close any facility open to the public if it deems it to be a major health risk?

Also, what do BOK’s insurers have to say about this? I’ve heard that lawyers are saying that the waivers being signed by the attendees of Brother Don’s Travelin’ Con-tagion Show aren’t worth spit.
