Trump's so toxically crazy that no Republican (and they are abject cowards, the lot of them!) will dare to whisper a negative remark against him. Crazy is contagious, look at the sort of twisted, corrupt and evil people he admires and populates the WH with, they're all as psycho nuts as Trump is.
