I just looked at him in front of others and asked, what he got out of it.
The guy answered, 'Because it's fun to blast the shit out of things.'
I just simply said with everyone watching the conversation, 'At some point, you have to grow the hell up.' And then walked away.
It left everyone speechless and there was nothing more said by anyone.
Just silence as everyone went back to work.
