3. The cops lawyer says he thought it was a gun shooting at him so he returned fire

Maybe they’ll go with that defense, or maybe they’ll say he didn’t know it had been fired twice, or maybe they’ll say there wasn’t enough time between the taser being fired and the shots being fired for him to process that information.

In any case the cops are going to fight tooth and nail to get this guy off. They’re going to parade hundreds of “expert witnesses” in front of the jury explaining why it was justified. Just watch.

We cannot allow them get away with this.
