3. Good luck with that, unless "quarantine" is literal, such as taken into custody.

I know a 85 yo man who was caught in Florida since March and returned to NJ Memorial Day week-end. He too was told to quarantine for 14 days.

He didn't. He got a check-up at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and got a clean bill of health, so in his mind, no virus.

But he didn't think about contracting the virus ON THE PLANE back to Newark. And so, he moved back with his wife. I told her to live somewhere else if this guy wasn't going to quarantine. But she didn't. And he refused to stay in their home. They ran errands and visited people.

I don't know if they're all right. But my point is that it was explained to him to quarantine and he did just the opposite.

So, good intentions aside, I'd like to know how Andrew Cuomo intends to compel people to quarantine from infectious states. I wish he could, but I don't think he can.
