Don’t use Lyft or Uber.

But I was on an American Airlines plane once, stuck on the ground because of a mechanical problem in Chicago. In first class. (I was also a million-miler on American.)

Guy next to me became a ass and started giving shit to flight attendant. Who took his shit. And took it.

I HATED him! He was such a dick I pulled out my laptop and wrote a letter to her airline president praising her for putting up with that jerk.

During the flight he went to restroom and that gave me my chance. Called her over, showed her what I had written, and asked her to write in her name or employee number and the address for the airline president.

She loved it! Told the others in the crew. When we landed and I got off the plane I was handed a bag full of mini bottles of my favorite scotch! And a bunch of smiles and thank you’s.

I sent that letter to the airline - and got a thank you back.
