As far as he's concerned, it's over. Done. Fini.

This will be his "Holocaust". Not to diminish the real one, but his neglect, ignorance and outright indifference to the suffering and death of over a hundred thousand (and counting) Americans will go down in history as Trump's most salient and worst legacy.

He just doesn't care. It's not even on his radar.
