He's not going to intimidate Joe like he did Hillary. Joe's liable to take a swing at him if he tries that. If he does, Joe should speak to him like a child. Just turn to him and say as condescendingly as possible, "Your chair is over there. Go take a seat while the adults talk, OK?"
