And told him how much it meant to her that Beau had supported Trans rights when he was AG of Delaware. Biden puts his hands on her shoulders, looked her in the eyes, and said “We mean that” It meant so much to her that the sitting VP would take the time- at that time- to voice his support of Trans Rights.

Now we have Pence. ☹️
