17. The CNN post-mortem isn't buying the "just joking" excuse

The moderator (I don't know his name, seems nice) has at least twice talked about how inappropriate it is to be "joking" about curtailing testing with 120,000 Americans dead from the pandemic. He sounds sorta/kinda/hella pissed.
