It's a waste of time to talk about him resigning. He knows that the SECOND he resigns, the New York AG is going to be waiting outside the door of the Oval Office with indictments and handcuffs. The ONLY thing keeping him out of prison right now is the office he holds. And he knows it. That's why he won't go willingly.
