4. I refer to two facts only: 335,000,000 people in the U.S.A.

Lots of different sizes, shapes, backgrounds, religions, ages, temperaments, etc. ,etc., and so on.

2. The U.S.A. does NOT have a national mental health program, and the ability to get help varies from state to state..(If a person wants help that is. )

Given facts one and two, it is NOT likely that individuals who attack others, will have help with their mental health problems, before the attack, whatever kind of attack that is.

We are NOT A POOR COUNTRY...!!!! WHY IS THIS TRUE?...the person who coughed on the baby needs help. Perhaps she will get it in the slammer, but I wouldn't bet on it.
