Is Fauci playing with words when it comes to a CV19 vaccine?! One minute he says by end of year 2020 [View all]

The the next minute he's saying that a "Licensed" vaccine wont be ready for some time.

These are quotes from Fauci today

"ready" by end of year

https://www.kxan.com/news/fauci-to-testify-at-a-fraught-time-for-us-pandemic-response/

WASHINGTON (AP) — The government’s top infectious disease expert told a House committee on Tuesday he believes “it will be when and not if” there will be a COVID-19 vaccine and that he remains “cautiously optimistic” that some will be ready at the end of the year.

a "licensed" CV 19 vaccine Wont come from some time

https://nypost.com/2020/06/23/dr-fauci-warns-coronavirus-vaccine-might-take-some-time/

“The rigorous clinical testing required to establish vaccine safety and efficacy means that it might take some time for a licensed SARS-CoV-2 vaccine to be available to the general public,” Fauci said in his written remarks. “The COVID-19 response currently is focused on the proven public health practices of containment and mitigation.”

How can both be true if one considers the end of the year light speed relative to past effective** vaccines

** meaning vaccines have been done quickly in the past for plagues but few if any were effective.

NOTE: Historically effective and safe vaccines take 2 - 4 years to develop but we're getting NO DATA on why the recent batch of vaccines are time tested safe vs before to make someone feel optomistic that any vaccine is coming soon.

I hate double talk and I'm not going to convince myself Fauci doesn't understand the context of time when it comes to a wide use, readily available, high effective, safe far all ages and stages vaccine for humans.

Thx in advance for your input
