9. I'm sick of people being accused of being "Establishment" as a pejorative

What in the hell does that mean anyway?

If it means trying to make change by working within systems with the goal of improving them and making them fairer and more responsive to the people they impact and putting enough time in to have "established" oneself with enough credibility and influence therein to actually make a difference, I am proud to be "Establishment."

And I'm likely much more effective and true to the cause than anyone on the outside who thinks that advocacy is limited to standing on the outside calling me and people like me names and accusing us of selling out.
