11. trump needs the guilty plea dismissed

If he is pardoned after he pled guilty it will make trump look bad. If Flynn's plea is overturned it will be one more talking point on how the the Obama administration and Democrats would do anything Witch hunt! Then repukes can open up yet another investigation into Obama/BIDEN.
