26. Interestingly enough, it doesn't appear to be disorderly conduct under CA statute.

The acts prohibited under the California disorderly conduct statute appear to be sexual in nature, primarily. That surprised me.

They have a misdemeanor for offensive words, however. In Oregon, where I practiced law, the state constitution gives speakers huge protections on speech, broader than the U S Constitution.
