If you have HCPB at the precinct level and post the handcount at the precinct before communicating with any other precincts, that is the best case scenario.

I agree completely but if the mega had paper it would be better than paperless dre (if they actually let us count it)

I thought the ab ballets were a huge improvement in ky, I wish they were live streaming a hand count tho ( I can dream)
