Everybody knows Bolton and Trump are equally batty and destructive.

Besides, the book grew wings and is freely available on the net.
I've read the first 20 pages. The disorganised ramblings of an old man, jumping all over the place. Painful to read.

No one would want to pay money for the paper version. It won't sell.
