Never heard the name before. Maybe its a Slovenian thing, or wherever her mother Ivana is from. Come to think of it Ive never heard of another Ivana either. Ever.
Im pretty sure all other Ivankas are pretty safe. If any exist the worst that they will suffer will be theyll be confused with rich daddys girls who must always be photo ready.

Karen is a simple two syllable word, starts hard and drops off. Ivanka less fluid and harsher.

It's a common Slavic name, a feminized version of "Ivan", which is equivalent to "John".
