Those are working.

I don't know all the particulars, but it seems the city is refusing to enter with police or EMTs, or at least they're not coming as fast as the people there (Lefty "medics", also heavily armed private security protecting the BMW mechanic helped last night) are responding.

It's hard to gauge the atmosphere at night up there - I'm not going to check it out; I'm asleep.
