I'm fairly knowledgeable on what it takes to get a concealed weapons permit in Michigan. They hand them out like candy here, especially to white people. You have to take a test that an average sixth grader could pass and then you have to give them the names of two or three references. Usually the gun nutters just give out each other's names as references. Never do they ask a wife if there is any history or indications of mental instability.

Yes, once they get that they are just looking for a reason to use it.
