And I have heard some things from Biden to suggest that this is definitely on his mind. And, God forbid, we don't take the senate back, it is one thing that there might be some cooperation with them possible, but I'd much rather it being a united Democratic front dismantling the imperial presidency.

There definitely need to be things that are a lot more codified now, that we can no longer leave it up to tradition to regulate.
