without proper instruction on how to wear it, and instructions are somewhat specific to each type mask.

But America thinks it knows everything it need to know about everything 'cause internet......

In a sane and rational world, a U.S. President might even do a PSA on public media to encourage the wearing and proper use of protective masks and other essentials during a global pandemic.
